Negroni Week
Imbibe Magazine launched Negroni Week to celebrate one of the world’s great cocktails and, more importantly, raise money for charitable causes around the world. Since then, the global event has grown to thousands of participating venues in partnership with Campari, and raised millions for charitable organizations. This year, in collaboration with FINE, a new digital destination and tools make it easier than ever to unite for this enduring cause. The result: an all-time high in donations.
Pause for the Great Cause
All donations go directly to the event Giving Partner, Slow Food. Slow Food is a global movement of local communities and activists across more than 160 countries seeking to change the world through food and beverage. Slow Food envisions a world where everyone can enjoy food and beverage that is good for them, good for the people who grow it, and good for the planet.
A Smooth Registration Process
Reimagining the back-end infrastructure, workflow and UX enabled FINE to build a more stable, extendible and easy system for venues eager to participate, and for the Negroni Week team to manage behind the scenes. The multi-language interface seamlessly integrates multiple business partner systems on the back-end, and features a host of carefully crafted business rules to accommodate for geographic and organizational nuances.
Participants Around the World
During the heavily-trafficked event dates, venue information is made available globally, through a powerful yet easy-to-use mapbox integration. Custom search logic and hierarchical display rules seamlessly pair to help event participants find the perfect Negroni crawl in their neighborhoods around the world. They can even search venues by donor level!
Negroni Show, Tell, and Shop
Negroni lovers looking to broaden their appreciation of the cocktail, or simply give more to the cause, can explore the many variations of the classic Negroni blend (like the "Sloe-groni") through a delectable web-based gallery and database of recipes, or shop at an online store with charitable Negroni Week schwag ready for purchase.
