We're excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is designed with the goal of transitioning into a full-time, permanent position within 60-90 days, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and long-term career growth potential.
As the Studio Manager at FINE, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the pulse of our Studio’s daily operations, while also contributing to the broader mission of strengthening our organizational culture. You will be the driving force behind employee engagement, curating an environment that not only attracts top talent but also fosters a workplace culture that people are eager to be a part of and stay with. You’ll guide the evolution of the workplace experience, ensuring a seamless balance between remote and in-person work, all while empowering the team to do their best work. The Role
Essential Functions
- Work with company leadership and other contributors to garner information and spearhead key recurring company communications channels: weekly all-staff meetings + emails, quarterly recaps, lunch and learns, annual retreats, etc.
- Support the business with day-to-day administrative tasks, including responding to emails, handling phone inquiries, and organizing and maintaining necessary resources for the business including sales + marketing team administrative support.
- Find and implement the latest trends, inspiration, and thinking within workplace design, experience, and engagement in our office.
- Consistently help improve our studio culture and hospitality, ensure team, clients, and visitors have an experience in alignment with FINE’s values and vision.
- Develop and execute engaging staff events (team lunches, celebrations, happy hours, annual retreat, holiday party, etc).
- Partner with our internal FINE marketing team to support agency marketing initiatives including award submissions, PR requests, industry event engagement and contributing culture-related ideas and content
- Work with remote and local staff to identify workspace needs, source, and budget solutions, and facilitate resolutions for equipment, environment, and other factors that make them more productive and happy
- Oversee facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and repair services.
- Administer budgets for supplies, non-technical equipment, and contract services. Identify opportunities for cost savings, better efficiency, or other improvements; recommend appropriate policy or process changes.
- Lead health and safety planning in the workplace, leading studio-wide safety training and events. Act as point person for studio-related emergencies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience (creative agency/environment experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior ability to identify and solve problems and conduct cost-benefit analyses
- A proactive, detail-oriented, can-do, problem-solving mindset and devotion to seeing tasks through to completion
- Experience planning and executing team-building events (internal & external)
- Organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels of internal and external partners
- Ability to delight through thoughtful details
- Experience using G Suite applications (especially Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google sheets).
- Currently residing and authorized to work in the United States.
